At Apisolis, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, innovative beekeeping products, including our bee smokeless smoker, designed to make your beekeeping experience easier and more sustainable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Return & Refund Policy.
Returns
You may return most of our non-consumable, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
- Eligible Items: Beekeeping tools and accessories, such as the smokeless bee smoker and beekeeping solutions, are eligible for returns as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of the products we sell, used or opened items, including any chemicals or solutions, are non-returnable.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. Items returned in damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently not possible.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@apisolis.com or through this form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions for returning the item, including a return shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the product arrives safely.
- Inspection & Refund: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items (such as items purchased at a discount during seasonal promotions or special offers) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected 7-10 business days, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is still missing, please contact us at hello@apisolis.com or through this form for assistance.
Consumer Rights in New York
In accordance with New York State law, customers are entitled to return most products within a reasonable time frame (maximum 30 days), as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. However, items such as opened or used products (including beekeeping solutions and other consumables) are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
